Metasphere have released the WITS DNP3 MM-IM, an approved self-certified mains powered RTU. Featuring an IEC 61131 programming environment, the WITS DNP3 MM-IM acts as a gateway to expandable IO utilising industry standard protocols including Modbus and Ethernet IP; an RTU and PLC in one box.
With support for over 7000 points and storage for approximately 7.5 million DNP3 events the MM-IM can be used on small IO sites or scaled to meet the demands of larger complex facilities. The WITS DNP3 MM-IM has been self-certified to WITS version 1.1 and includes the SAv2 extensions.
This release has been developed on the highly successful and proven Medina MM-IM platform.
